Mr. Vanasse is the Executive Director of Saving Seafood, an information resource and public outreach effort for the commercial fishing industry. Mr. Vanasse holds a Master’s in Political Theory/International Affairs from Georgetown University and Bachelor of Science degree in Management, Computer Science from Boston College. He has extensive experience in communications and on fisheries management issues. He has been published in the Providence Journal and has been interviewed by the New Bedford Standard Times, the Gloucester Times, and on WBSM. Mr. Vanasse is a strong voice and advocate for fishermen’s rights in Washington D.C. and throughout the United States.
