We promote the conservation of resources and growth of the fishing economy through the use of reliable science and outside the box solutions to fisheries management issues.
By combining various fields of knowledge and utilizing established working relationships with the government and stakeholders, CSF develops scientific data analysis solutions and management recommendations likely to result in the effective management of fishery resources.
We work with the government, industry, and concerned citizens to better educate all parties and to develop solutions to complex fishery issues. Additionally, we attend local and regional fishery council meetings and regularly submit oral and written comments to the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) and its affiliates.
